It’s Christmas time and of course everyone is involved in the hustle and bustle, us here at imaginLIGHT as well. Sometimes we need to stop and give thanks for what we have and appreciate life.

I ran into an old acquaintance yesterday, someone I had done photos of many years ago, kids had gone to school together, etc., No one that I was particularly close to, but a nice person from our community. I had heard that the past couple of years had been a bit rough on her, a horrible illness that came close to taking her life many times. We all said prayers and we went on with our daily lives.

I ran into her yesterday, she actually recognized me first, we hugged and spoke, she was doing so well and seemed to have turned the corner. We talked of her illness, the kids, etc. Little did she know – to see her, well and up and about, brought such joy to me, this person who has passed through my life, brought me such joy in knowing that she was well and alive. This moment probably defined my Christmas experience this year – it gave me great joy, warmth and hope for the season and the coming year. Just wanted to share.

Thank you so much and God bless you friend for your gift of hope and optimism that you have passed on to me.

Hi guys – well finally back, sorry about the delay, but we had issues at the house with the storm and then the studio flooded due to a broken water main next door – we’ve been busy! The studio is heating up as well – lot’s of portraits and sessions. Many took advantage of our JUMP START SPECIAL – so we are EXTENDING IT THRU AUGUST FIRST!!!! Just in case you missed it – it includes our Outdoor Extreme Session and our Black and White option – that’s normally a 135.00 special – for 75.00 – our best deal of the year! So book it now – everyone is returning from vacation – so it’s going to be even busier!

I hope everyone had a wonderful fourth – and it was safe. We spent it with the kids – My son in law – actually has become an arms dealer – spending a small fortune on fireworks – it looked as if it was shock and awe all over again!
